Vom Auftragnehmer sind Lärmkartierungen für alle Hauptverkehrsstraßen in Bayern außerhalb von Ballungsräumen mit mehr als 100.000 Einwohnern durchzuführen und die Projektergebnisse an den Auftraggeber zu übergeben. Hauptverkehrsstraßen sind in erster Linie Bundesautobahnen, Bundes- und Staatsstraßen mit einer Verkehrsbelastung von mehr als 3 Mio. Kfz pro Jahr bezogen auf die Straßenverkehrszäh-lung (SVZ) 2025. Unseren vorläufigen Auswertungen nach sind insgesamt ca. 7.800 km Straßen betroffen, wobei rd. 2.600 km auf Autobahnen entfallen. Hierbei sind neben den in der Leistungsbeschreibung genannten Berechnungsvorschriften insbesondere die Anforderungen der Richtlinie 2002/49/EG über die Bewertung und Bekämpfung von Umgebungslärm (EG-ULR), die der §§ 47 a – f BImSchG sowie die der Verordnung über die Lärmkartierung (34. BImSchV) vom 28.05.2021 zu beachten.
