Opstellen van Duurzame Bedrijfsplannen (hierna: DBP) voor agrarisch ondernemers in de grondgebonden veehouderij in de provincie Utrecht. Het gaat om integrale maatwerk bedrijfsplannen die agrarisch ondernemers ondersteunen bij strategische keuzes richting een toekomstbestendige bedrijfsvoering binnen de kaders van het UPLG en gebiedsopgaven zoals Natura 2000. Deze aanbesteding betreft een pilot (ca. 40 DBP) ter voorbereiding op een mogelijke brede uitrol voor DBP in 2027 welke (in voorkomend geval) zelfstandig Europees zal worden aanbesteed.
Hiertoe worden (maximaal) 2 raamovereenkomsten afgesloten.
