Description
The Contracting Authority is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply of short-term veterinary services. These may include but are not limited to the provision of Locum Tenens services, Border Control Post services and other short-term veterinary services. Full details for each contract will be provided at the time of mini competition. The Contracting Authority invites individuals, veterinary practices, groups of veterinary practices or consortia who wish to participate in the DPS to respond to this RTP to be included in Groupings for the provision of services. When needs arise, those contractors admitted to the DPS will be invited to participate in individual DPS mini competitions for specific contracts co-ordinated and managed by the Contracting Authority over the lifetime of the DPS. As part of the process, the Contracting Authority will evaluate responses, establish and administer the DPS Agreement and will co-ordinate and manage any DPS Mini-Competition.
