Dynamisk indkøbssystem til indkøb og levering af køretøjer.
DIN Forsyning A/S og underlæggende selskaber udbyder dynamisk indkøbssystem (herefter benævnt DIS) vedrørende indkøb af køretøjer. Formålet med at etablere DIS er at give ansøgere mulighed for at blive prækvalificeret og dermed have mulighed for at afgive tilbud, når ordregiver skal anskaffe køretøjer. Udbuddet gennemføres som et begrænset udbud jævnfør Udbudsloven, lov nr. 10 af 6. januar 2023, hvilket betyder, at alle ansøgere, som opnår at blive prækvalificerede, optages som leverandører i DIS. Ordregiver forventer primært at anskaffe eldrevne køretøjer, i det omfang kørselsbehovet i ordregivers forsyningsområde kan opfyldes. Derfor kan ansøgere forvente, at anskaffelse af eldrevne køretøjer vil udgøre hovedaktiviteten i DIS. Såfremt ordregiver ikke kan dække sit kørselsbehov med eldrevne køretøjer, kan anskaffelserne alternativt omfatte eksempelvis fossil- og/eller hybridkøretøjer mv. DIS vedrører indkøb og levering af køretøjer indenfor personbiler, mindre varevogne, større varevogne samt mindre lastbiler. Det kan forventes at der i DIS også vil være indkøb hvor der stilles krav til specialopbyg og el-varevogne med lad.
