The subject of the Order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of services in the field of Bloomberg information services specified in the Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) on the terms described in the Draft contract provisions (PPU). The attached OPZ, supplemented by the guidelines for the contract, constitutes the initial position of the Ordering Party, which will be subject to negotiations. 1. The subject of the basic order is: a) delivery of Bloomberg Anywhere licenses (27 licenses); b) delivery of Bloomberg Terminal licenses (5 licenses); c) delivery of Limited Function licenses (23 licenses); d) ensuring access to stock exchange data; e) ensuring the IBOR module; f) ensuring the Data Licence platform. g) delivery of the Trade Order Management System with the ability to integrate with the Kondor+ system; h) ensuring the Approved Publication Arrangement (APA) system with the Bloomberg Regulatory Hub (RHUB) platform; i) delivery of the Bloomberg Vault (BVault) system; j) delivery of the Multi-Asset Risk System (MARS) system, including sub-modules; k) delivery of 2 x 50 Mb Network Access links; l) delivery of two 23-inch monitors with a computer; The subject of the order under the option right is: a) ordering access to third-party data (including stock exchange services, paid market data and market rates) up to a maximum net amount of USD 67,000.00; b) delivery of Bloomberg Anywhere licenses; c) delivery of Bloomberg Terminal licenses; d) delivery of Limited Function licenses; e) delivery of the B-Pipe service; f) delivery of Real-time non BPS user licenses; g) ensuring the Bloomberg Transaction Cost Analysis (BTCA) system; h) ensuring the FixNet service; i) delivery and integration of the MARS Market Risk with FRTB module; j) delivery and integration of the MARS Market Risk without FRTB module; k) delivery and integration of the MARS xVA module; l) delivery and integration of the MARS Hedge Accounting module; m) delivery and integration of the MARS Front Office Advanced module; n) Extension of MARS Front Office Advanced licenses; o) delivery of the integration package – ETEC; p) delivery of MARS Risk LMNU licenses (5 licenses); q) delivery of Premium E-Communications Capture licenses - Reuters IM (20 licenses); r) delivery of other products or services related to the Bank's activities, offered within the Bloomberg system, up to a maximum net amount of USD 1,500,000.00.
