Αντικείμενο του έργου της σύμβασης είναι Α. H μελέτη προσαρμογής των τηρούμενων στα Κτηματολογικά Γραφεία Ρόδου και Κω-Λέρου, άλλως Κτηματολογικού Γραφείου Δωδεκανήσου (εκ της καταργήσεως του Κτηματολογικού Γραφείου Ρόδου) και Υποκαταστήματος Κω (εκ της καταργήσεως του Κτηματολογικού Γραφείου Κω) νομικών, χωρικών και τεχνικών πληροφοριών, για την περαιτέρω ενσωμάτωσή τους στο Σύστημα του Εθνικού Κτηματολογίου (ΣΠΕΚ), σύμφωνα με τα αναφερόμενα στο νόμο 4934/2022 (Α΄ 100), όπως τροποποιήθηκε και ισχύει. Στο πλαίσιο της προσαρμογής θα διενεργηθούν: α) η ενημέρωση των κτηματολογικών μερίδων και των διαγραμμάτων με τις εκκρεμείς πράξεις και νέες πράξεις καθώς και με κάθε άλλη διοικητική πράξη, β) η νομική και τεχνική επεξεργασία των κτηματολογικών στοιχείων για να προκύψουν τα «ενεργά δικαιώματα» για κάθε ακίνητο, γ) η προσαρμογή των ατομικών διαγραμμάτων με την γεωαναφορά, την διανυσματοποίηση και μετασχηματισμό τους, σύμφωνα και με την υφιστάμενη πραγματική κατάσταση για την δημιουργία των κτηματολογικών διαγραμμάτων, δ) η δημιουργία ψηφιακής βάσης περιγραφικών και χωρικών στοιχείων και ε) αντιστοίχιση της σχετικής πληροφορίας προς την τηρούμενη στο Εθνικό Κτηματολόγιο, Β.
