E-Tender Notice for Hiring of Group Health Insurance for NAFSA Employees RFP No. PSW/PROC/26-27/HR-595 (P86314) Pakistan Single Window (PSW), the notified operating entity for the PSW system under provisions of the PSW Act, 2021 and a company incorporated under section 42 of Companies Act 2017 invites bids through EPADS 2.0from minimum “AA+” rated (PACRA/VIS) with “Stable” outlook insurance companies having valid registration with tax and other relevant authorities, including SECP, for provision of Hiring of Group Health Insurance for NAFSA Employees. The bidders should be registered suppliers on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System 2.0 (EPADS 2.0) in order to participate in subject tender. An online pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16th September 2026 at 1100 hrs. Further details are given in the tender documents. Interested bidders may attend the pre-bid meeting at their own cost. Bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents, must be submitted electronically through EPADS 2.0 on or before 28th September, 2026 at 1500 Hrs. and the original bid bond must be delivered to PSW Procurement department at the below mentioned address before bid opening deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1530 Hrs. In case the day of bid submission and opening falls on a public holiday, next working day shall be considered as the deadline for the same.
