This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes for the requirements indicated, previous RFSO number E60HL-250051-A dated March 17, 2025 with a closing of April 28, 2025 at 2:00 PM EDT, and previous RFSO number E60HL-250051-E dated March 03, 2026 with a closing of April 20, 2026 at 2:00PM EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous Request for Standing Offer. Requirement: National Master Standing Offers for Marine fuels in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as applicable. Delivery to various locations in Canada on an as-and-when-requested basis from date of issuance of standing offer up to and including May 31, 2027. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner.. UNSPSC: *Marine fuel (*15101509). Method: Competitive - Open bidding. Selection: Lowest Price.
