Original language: FrenchLe présent appel d’offres porte sur les prestations suivantes liées au courant de traction: - Montage et démontage de la ligne de contact comprenant l’établissement du retour du courant et la mise à terre - Assistance SA - Montage et démontage des éclairages de voie - Services logistiques pour les travaux en lien avec le courant de traction CFF SA confie à l’entreprise toutes les prestations liées au courant de traction, nécessaires à la réalisation du projet d’aménagement d’une voie de réception des marchandises et d’une voie de rebroussement pour le trafic grandes lignes sur la ligne 840, à hauteur de Frauenfeld. L’entreprise coordonne toutes les interfaces, notamment avec l’entrepreneur général et avec les services spécialisés de CFF SA. L’entreprise fournit à CFF SA, pour elle-même et pour les sous-traitants et fournisseurs qu’elle a mandatés, une garantie globale portant sur l’exécution du contrat dans les règles de l’art, conformément aux exigences de CFF SA, selon les délais impartis et dans le respect des documents d’appel d’offres et des attentes en matière de qualité, ainsi que sur le bon fonctionnement technique de l’ouvrage à livrer et l’utilisation de matériaux de construction adéquats. L’entreprise est pleinement responsable du projet soumis et du projet d’exécution élaboré sur la base des documents de soumission et de l’offre de l’entreprise.
