EA OHC Pneumatisch gereedschap (onderhoud) Opdrachtgever: Ministerie van Defensie Voor diverse bewerkingen aan Defensie materieel beschikt Defensie over pneumatische gereedschappen, met daaraan gekoppeld specifieke onderhoudseisen. Het betreft: - montage en verspanende gereedschappen - overige productiehulpmiddelen zoals: - klink en schroefgereedschap(pen) met een vaste torque waarde. - kit mengapparaten, verfspuitgereedschap(pen) Een gedeelte van deze gereedschappen wordt ingezet voor hoogwaardig onderhoud aan luchtvaartuigen. Een programma van eisen beschrijft de eisen die worden gesteld aan inspectie en reparatie (preventief- en correctief onderhoud) van de pneumatische gereedschappen. De onderhoudsbehoefte waar onderhavige scope op ziet is: - Preventief onderhoud inclusief aanbrengen keuring - periodiek - Correctief onderhoud: - Op basis van constateringen preventief onderhoud - Op basis van defecten / meldingen Onderhavige behoefte betreft enkel onderhoud, geen aanschaf.
