EA openbaar Project Drostenerf IJsselmuiden Opdrachtgever: Gemeente Kampen De Opgave gaat over de herontwikkeling van het plangebied Drostenerf in het centrum van IJsselmuiden. De opgave bestaat uit 70 tot 80 nultredenappartementen, waarvan ten minste 28 sociale huurwoningen, aangevuld met goedkope en betaalbare huur- en/of koopwoningen en koopwoningen in de vrije sector. Het woonprogramma richt zich op een gemengde doelgroep, met nadruk op starters en senioren. Naast het woonprogramma bestaat de opgave uit: •Een kindcentrum voor onderwijs en kinderopvang; •Een maatschappelijke ontmoetingsruimte; •Mogelijk een commerciële zorgruimte; •Een groene parkzone met waterberging (bijvoorbeeld wadi’s en/of ondergrondse opslag) en voorzieningen voor sport, spel en ontmoeting; •Parkeren, waaronder gedeeltelijk verdiept of half-verdiept parkeren.
