De Opdracht betreft het bieden van Taalondersteuning, ofwel het mondeling overbrengen van gesproken boodschappen van de ene taal naar de andere taal, in de talencombinaties: Nederlands-Oekraïens en Oekraïens-Nederlands; Engels-Oekraïens en Oekraïens-Engels; ten behoeve van de ondersteuning van activiteiten die voortkomen uit het conflict in Oekraïne ten dienste van de Operationele Tokinzet (OTI). Hierbij wordt onderscheid gemaakt tussen de volgende soorten Taalondersteuning: Fysieke opdracht Taalondersteuning op locatie waarbij er géén sprake is van het op verzoek van de Aanbestedende dienst overnachten. Niet-fysieke opdracht Taalondersteuning op afstand waarbij gebruik gemaakt wordt van één of meerdere telefoon- en/of datalijnen of videoverbinding. Combinatie opdracht Taalondersteuning waarbij sprake is van een combinatie van: Taalondersteuning op locatie, waarbij er géén sprake is van het op verzoek van Defensie overnachten; Taalondersteuning op afstand, waarbij gebruik gemaakt wordt van één of meerdere telefoon- en/of datalijnen of videoverbinding. Projectenopdracht Taalondersteuning gedurende meer dan één kalenderdag waarbij de Taalondersteuner verplicht dient te overnachten en gedurende de inzetperiode de gehele dag beschikbaar dient te zijn voor Taalondersteuning (zowel fysiek als op afstand waarbij gebruik gemaakt wordt van één of meerdere telefoon- en/of datalijnen of videoverbinding). Buiten de scope van de onderhavige Opdracht valt: Taalondersteuning in andere talencombinaties dan opgenomen in de Aanbestedingsstukken. Alle vertaal/tolk werkzaamheden welke niet zijn beschreven in de Aanbestedingsstukken waaronder (niet uitputtend): Verhoortolken; Interceptie tolken; Simultaan/congres tolken; Gebarentaal tolken; Fluistertolken; Schrijftolken; Mondelinge vertaling van een schriftelijke tekst (tolken a vue); Schriftelijke vertalingen.
