Das Projekt umfasst die Lieferung, Verlegung und Montage der Fernwärme‑Haupt‑ und Verteilleitungen (Niedertemperatur) inklusive der Fernwärme‑Hausanschlüsse im Gebiet Bümpliz Süd ‑ Ost ‑ Bienzgut (Bümplizstrasse, Burgunderstrasse, Frankenstrasse, Baumgartenstrasse, Glockenstrasse, Lagerhausweg). Das Vorhaben wird in zwei Lose unterteilt: Los A (Nord) und Los B (Süd). Insgesamt sind rund 2’100 Trassee‑Meter Haupt‑ und Verteilleitungen inklusive Hausanschlussleitungen gemäss Leistungsverzeichnis auszuführen. Los A umfasst ca. 1’000 Trassee ‑ Meter mit rund 50 Hausanschlüssen , Los B umfasst ca. 1’100 Trassee ‑ Meter mit rund 30 Hausanschlüssen . Die Leitungsdimensionen bis DN 200 werden mit Dämmstärke 3 ausgeführt, ab DN 250 mit Dämmstärke 2. Die Auslegungstemperatur beträgt 110 °C, die Betriebstemperatur 80 °C. Die Rohrleitungsarbeiten enden, sobald der interne Bypass im Gebäude gesetzt wurde. Das Projekt ist in zwei Lose unterteilt. Angebote können für ein einzelnes Los oder für beide Lose eingereicht werden.
