ПОРЯДКУ формування та використання електронного каталогу Постачальник через електронний каталог подає пропозицію відповідно до вимог, установлених замовником у запиті пропозицій постачальників в електронній системі закупівель,Тому будь-який аналог, удосконалена модель і т.д до розгляду не беруться. Країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.Поставка Товару за договором здійснюється у повному обсязі згідно з видатковою накладною з моменту підписання договору за рахунок Продавця. Продавець може достроково поставити товар та передати його Покупцеві за адресою: м. Красилів, площа Незалежності, 2, до 25.03.2026 року. До ціни Договору входять усі витрати Постачальника пов’язані з поставкою Товару, у тому числі на транспортування, збирання, пакування, страхування, навантаження, розвантаження, монтування, встановлення, вартість тари, маркування, сплату податків, та інших обов’язкових платежів і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені в зв’язку з виконанням Договору, також витрати, які несуть треті особи в зв’язку зі здійсненням поставки Товару. Не враховані Постачальником окремі витрати не сплачуються Покупцем окремо та вважаються врахованими у ціни товару
