EDC Branded Merchandise Platform

EDC is seeking a solution to provide and operate a secure, customizable online Branded Merchandise platform. The platform must allow authorized EDC employees to order approved Branded Merchandise through a centralized online storefront. EDC’s primary objective for this requirement is to support Business Orders for approved Branded Merchandise. EDC is seeking a single vendor of record for the Branded Merchandise program, responsible for end-to-end service delivery on EDC’s behalf, including sourcing, storage, inventory management, fulfillment, and delivery. Where feasible, priority should be given to Canadian-made and Canadian-supplied products. The Preferred Proponent will manage the full lifecycle of Branded Merchandise, including product sourcing, brand compliance, warehousing, pick-and-pack services, fulfillment, and domestic and international shipping. The Proponent must also provide governance and administrative capabilities, such as approvals, budget controls, and reporting. This engagement will help EDC centralize Branded Merchandise management, improve operational efficiency, maintain brand consistency, increase access to approved items, and monitor and control costs across the organization more effectively.
