Description
The Authority wishes to establish a contract for the provision of EDC/2025/4359 Damp & Mould Survey, Eradicate, Reinstate & Prevent throughout the geographical area of East Dunbartonshire Council (EDC).
The Authority wishes to establish a Framework for the Eradication of mould and condensation damaged surfaces and materials, the Reinstatement of damaged surfaces and materials and the supply, installation and maintenance of Preventative
measures to remove and/or reduce the impact of Damp, Mould and Condensation & Ventilation (DMCV) issues within domestic and
commercial properties across the Authority.
This lot 3 is to serve the East of the Authority, Properties located in Kirkintilloch, Lennoxtown, Milton of Campsie, Lenzie & Twechar.
The Authority wishes to establish a Framework for the Eradication of damp, mould and condensation damaged surfaces and materials, the Reinstatement of damaged surfaces and materials and the supply, installation and maintenance of Preventative measures to remove and/or reduce the impact of Damp, Mould and Condensation & Ventilation (DMCV) issues within domestic and commercial properties across the Authority. This lot 4 is to service the west of the Authority, properties located in Milngavie, Bearsden, Bishopbriggs & Torrance.
