Om dit te garanderen maakt het onderhoud van de kwaliteitsvolle maatregelen en geselecteerde technische installaties eveneens deel uit van de Opdracht. De Opdrachtgever is aldus op zoek naar een methode om de energiefactuur te verminderen.
