The successful tenderer undertakes to provide the Contracting Authority with the possibility to purchase qualified collection devices (plastic sharps containers, plastic canisters, bags, cardboard boxes) according to the technical description. The parameters and estimated monthly quantities of the qualified collection devices are included in the data table, which is part of the technical description. The successful tenderer is obliged to dispose of and destroy the medical (HAK: 18 01 03), patient care, and hazardous waste (hereinafter referred to as medical waste or waste) generated in the penitentiary institutions, based on the Technical Description. The tenderer must have all work safety compliant tools, instruments, and equipment necessary for the performance of the contract. The tenderer undertakes to guarantee the disposal of waste in accordance with Decree 12/2017. (VI. 12.) EMMI. Furthermore, they possess all permits, equipment, and conditions necessary for the regular, safe, and continuous transport of hazardous medical waste (HAK: 18 01 03). The tenderer undertakes that no more than 30 days will pass between 2 collections at a given performance location (except at the request of the Contracting Authority).
