Establishing 560 Mosque and Islamic Cultural Centers in Zila and Upazila of Bangladesh, S.H. Remaining work for Construction of 4-storied upazila Mosjid Complex with 4-Storied Foundation at Plain Land for Islamic Foundation (Type -A) one at Jhalakati Sadar in Jhalakati District with Civil, Internal Sanitary and Internal Electrification Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: The Tenderer shall have
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1(One) number of contract of RCC Building Construction work successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1.00 (One point zero zero) Crore Only.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 1.50 (One point Five Zero) Crore Only.
4. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 1.00 (One point Zero Zero) Crore over the last 5 (five) financial years. Only Payment Certificates will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.1.00 (One point Zero Zero ) Crore..
6. The tender must possess:
(i) TIN Certificate
(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(iii) Updated trade license.
(iv)Updated ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(v) Updated income tax clearance certificate and Income Tax Assessment Year shall be 2023-2024.
