Construction of 03-Storied Upazila Model Mosque and Cultural Center with 03-Storied foundation in/c Civil, Sanitary, E.I works and ancillary Works at Dashmina Patuakhali for Islamic Foundation.(Remaining Work) Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: The Tenderer shall have 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(five) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector (govt./semi govt./ autonomous organization) of at least 01(one) contract of Construction work successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least TK100.00 lac. 3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than TK 100.00 lac over the last 05 (five) financial years. 4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line of the Tenderers shall be Tk 77.00 lac. 5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 100.00 lac. 6. The tenderer must submit: (i) TIN Certificate (ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. (iii) Up-to-date trade license. (iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. (v) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate..
