Cílem veřejné zakázky je modernizace a rozšíření funkcionalit informačních systémů ZZS PAK v oblasti elektronizace procesů (elektronická zdravotnická dokumentace, strukturovaná zdravotnická dokumentace dle standardů EZ, plně elektronické zpracování dat a elektronizace procesů), dlouhodobá archivace elektronické strukturované zdravotnické dokumentace, rozvoj interoperability v oblasti napojení na NCPeH a nově s AAfD, integrace na centrální kmenové registry a další centrální služby EZ a implementace identifikátorů subjektů dle zákona o elektronizaci zdravotnictví. Součástí plnění VZ jsou dále servisní služby na dobu neurčitou pro dále uvedené infomační systémy, aplikační software, související technologie a vybavení. Předmětem plnění této smlouvy je poskytování provozních a servisních služeb dodaných úprav informačních systémů, technologií, SW, systémového SW, HW a komunikační infrastruktury a souvisejících vybavení dodaných v rámci díla realizovaného v rámci smlouvy o dílo (dále jen „SoD“) na dobu neurčitou od dodání díla. Pro potřeby tohoto dokumentu je dále využíván souhrnný název „Systém“ pro všechny součástí dodávky dle SoD. Bližší specifikace plnění této veřejné zakázky je uvedena v přílohách zadávací dokumentace (Příloha č. 1 – Technická specifikace, Příloha č. 2 – Servisní služby a Příloha č. 9 - Návrh Servisní smlouvy).
