Bereitstellung einer online-Kommentierung SHB XII mit Content-Management für Ergänzung um regionseigene und weitere individuelle Inhalte für einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren. Das Produkt des Wegweisers als Kommentierung zum Gesetzestext wird von einer Fachredaktion des Verlages erstellt. Die vom AG formulierten Regelungen aus Rundschreiben werden an die Fachredaktion übergeben und dort ebenfalls eingearbeitet. Weitere Inhalte können in dem Produkt unabhängig vom Gesetzestext bereitgestellt werden. Im Ergebnis steht ein Informationsportal für die Sachbearbeitung, dass alle vorhandenen Vorgaben für die Antragsbearbeitung an einer zentralen Stelle durchgehen und aktuell zur Verfügung stellt. Die Leistungen beinhalten: -Online-Bereitstellung der einschlägigen Rechtsquellen (Gesetze, Verordnungen usw.) -Online-Bereitstellung der Kommentierung der entsprechenden Rechtsquelle -Übernahme der Regelungen des Auftraggebers (Rundschreiben u.ä.) zur Kommentierung mit inhaltlicher Aufarbeitung -Bereitstellng weiterer Dateien als Arbeitsmaterial Die Stadt Delmenhorst soll als herangezogene Stellen explizit als Nutzer+innen implementiert werden.
