Telefonnummer und E-Mail-Adresse - Datum des Termins, Uhrzeit und Ort (Adresse des Dienstgebäudes, incl. Etage und Zimmer-Nummer) Zudem werden folgende Informationen zum Kunden mitgeteilt: - Nationalität - Sprache (und ggf. Dialekt, z.B. bei Kurdisch) - ggf. Geschlecht, Alter und Religion Bei sensibler Problematik werden ggf. weitere erforderliche Informationen mitgeteilt. Der zum Einsatz kommende Sprachmittler hat sich pünktlich am geforderten Einsatzort einzufinden. Sollte sich der Kunde nicht zum gebuchten Termin einfinden, ist mindestens eine Wartezeit von 15 Minuten zu erfüllen.
