In the event of a tie in the highest final score, between two or more bidders, the selection will be made according to the following sequence: a) The bidder who obtains the highest score in the technical criterion. b) If the tie persists, the bidder who obtains the highest score in the economic criterion. c) If the tie persists, the bidder who obtains the highest score in the administrative criterion. d) If the tie persists, the bidder who obtains the highest score in the technical sub-criterion with the highest weighting. e) If the tie persists, the bidder who obtains the highest score in the economic sub-criterion with the highest weighting. f) If the tie persists, the bidder who obtains the highest score in the administrative sub-criterion with the highest weighting. g) In the event that all these criteria have been applied and the tie still persists, the proposal that was first entered into the portal will be chosen, according to the offer entry receipt. 16.2 Award. The Regional Directorate will award by line of award per program in each region, by reasoned resolution, to the offer with the highest final score in the respective award line, according to the evaluation criteria established in these bases and which is convenient for the interests of the institution, an accredited organization may be awarded one or more lines. The award will be made within the period established in point 4. "Stages and Deadlines of the Tender", of the Administrative Bases, and may consequently be on a date prior to that established in the electronic deadline sheet provided on the portal www.mercadopublico.cl. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Service may extend the deadline for making the award, informing of this fact, its grounds and the new deadline through the portal www.mercadopublico.cl, without the need to issue an additional administrative act. In such case, the bidders will be asked to substitute the Bid Guarantee, in the lines that correspond, unless the one originally submitted covers the new deadline for making the award. In case of not agreeing to this request, it will be understood that the bidder has withdrawn their offer. The notification of the award, both to the awarded bidder and to the non-awarded bidders, will be made through the portal www.mercadopublico.cl. The notification of the award resolution will be considered perfected after twenty-four (24) hours have elapsed since the Service published said resolution on the portal www.mercadopublico.cl.
