Environmental improvement of the TATRA METALURGIE a.s. forge – forging line

The subject of the Public Contract is the modernization of the TATRA METALURGIE a.s. forge through the replacement of outdated production lines and related operational equipment, which negatively affect the living and working environment, with new technologies that meet current ecological and technical standards. The implementation focuses on a purely technological and functional reconstruction, taking place mainly within the existing forge building. The new solution reduces environmental impacts, maintains original functionality, but with a higher degree of automation, which improves workplace hygiene and increases production quality. The subject of the Public Contract is the supply, installation, comprehensive testing, and commissioning of equipment, including, in accordance with the Technical Report, operational unit PS 10.200 Forging line. The scope of the Public Contract also includes ensuring the readiness of the equipment for connection to the Contracting Authority's corporate network according to the specification in Article 6.15 of Appendix No. 11 of the Tender Documents (Technical Report) - PS 17.000 Low-voltage wiring. A detailed definition of the subject of the Public Contract, including technical conditions in sufficient detail for the preparation of the offer, is provided in Appendix No. 11 of the Tender Documents (Technical Report), whereby for the purposes of this Public Contract, only those supplies and services that are expressly defined in these Tender Documents and Appendix No. 10 of the Tender Documents (Binding draft contract), which relates in particular to the aforementioned operational units (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"), are considered to be the subject of performance. Activities listed in Appendix No. 11 of the Tender Documents (Technical Report) beyond the scope of performance thus defined are not part of the supplier's performance.
