The Contractor will provide services for the establishment and management of the Special Fund, consisting in granting financial support in the total amount of PLN 24,705,367.18 from the financial contribution made from the Trust Fund by the Contracting Authority to the Special Fund established by the Financial Intermediary. Of this amount, PLN 20,628,251.43 will come from the Direct financial contribution, and the remaining amount of PLN 4,077,115.75 from the National Contribution. 5. As part of the Order implementation, the Contractor is obliged to achieve the following indicators: 1) Enterprises covered by support (including: micro, small, medium, large) – at least 26 enterprises. The indicator must be achieved no later than 31.12.2029. 2) Enterprises covered by support in the form of grants – at least 26 enterprises. The Contracting Authority allows employment under a fixed-term or indefinite employment contract, or for substitution, under the terms and conditions specified in the Labour Code, on a full-time or part-time basis.
