The subject of the order is the service of maintaining the continuous flow, systematic cleaning, and operation of stormwater drainage networks and devices in municipal and internal roads under the administration of the Capital City of Warsaw located in the Ursynów District of the Capital City of Warsaw, including the loading and removal of waste, i.e., storm drains, street inlets with clearing of connecting pipes (connections), inspection chambers, and soakaways, as well as continuous monitoring of the operation of rainwater pumping stations. The Contracting Authority includes social clause obligations, foreseeing requirements related to the execution of the order concerning the employment by the contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship, of individuals in circumstances referred to in Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law, which are included in the Draft Contract Provisions constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the order is defined by: 1) Draft Contract Provisions with annexes constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ; 2) Description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 3) Bill of quantities (Price Form) constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ;
