Las cotizaciones deberán ser presentadas a más tardar el día 20 de junio de 2023 a las 10:00 a.m., hora oficial de la
República de Honduras, en la dirección de las oficinas del Programa dirección:
PROGRAMA DE LA RED SOLIDARIA-Dirección Edificio Plaza Azul, SEGUNDO NIVEL, UNIDAD DE ADQUISICIONES
CENTRAL, Colonia Lomas del Guijarro Sur, Tegucigalpa, M.D.C., Honduras, C.A.********
Salón con capacidad mínima para 40 personas, además
deberá de contar con Internet, aire acondicionado
preferiblemente, buena iluminación y ventilación,
tomacorrientes. El salón debe estar en buen estado físico sus
instalaciones.
- PODIO
El salón deberá contar con un podio cerrado sencillo, sin
inscripciones o logos de ningún tipo, que servirá de soporte
para los facilitadores del taller.

- Mesas para el Público
? Mesas para 8 personas Con faldón cobertor largo color
blanco y mantel color azul turquesa, ubicadas en U y
posteriormente se puedan organizar como mesas de trabajo.
- Mesa para acomodar café y cristalería
? Mesa rectangular Con mantel cobertor largo color blanco,
para acomodar cafeteras, bandejas con galletas, jarras con
agua, vasos, tazas, azúcar y cremora.
- Mesa para Data Show, impresora, etc.

? De preferencia Acolchonadas y Forradas por mesa

Postre dulce/salado, (5 bocas por plato) jugo de frutas o
sodas, Café, cremora, agua, azúcar y estevia
permanentemente durante todo el evento.
- Almuerzo servido a las 12:30 Mediodía, una carne (res, pollo
o cerdo) dos guarniciones, arroz, papas o pastas, vegetales,
ensalada, tortilla/pan, refresco natural de la temporada,
sodas, postre
- Meseros
? meseros para servir los Coffee Break. El personal que
asistirá al evento deberá estar debidamente uniformado****
El Oferente deberá presentar con su oferta el Permiso de Operación vigente de la Alcaldía Municipal
El pago de los bienes/servicios se realizará en Lempiras con fondos nacionales y dentro de los 45 días siguientes a
la recepción a satisfacción de los mismos, previa presentación de la factura a nombre del Programa de la Red
Solidaria y recibo a nombre de la TESORERIA GENERAL DE LA REPUBLICA, copia del registro de beneficiario SIAFI
y copia de solvencia fiscal vigente.
