Inquiries regarding the Technical and Administrative Bases must be made exclusively through the FORUM modality of the State Procurement Portal, during the dates indicated in the "Stages and Deadlines" Calendar of this Public Tender. Responses to these inquiries will be published through the same FORUM modality on the established date.
The Corporation may supplement or modify the Tender Bases, in accordance with Article 40 of the Regulations of the Procurement Law, either on its own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by one of the Bidders during the consultation process through the FORUM. In such cases, a reasonable period will be granted for bidders to adapt their offers to the new requirements, and this will be communicated through the website www.mercadopublico.cl. These supplements and/or modifications will form an integral part of the Bases.
