Description
The competition is for the delivery of an electronic patient journal system (EPJ) for Voss herad. This involves a complete system for the nursing and care sector in the municipality and shall contribute to daily operations functioning as optimally as possible. The competition does not include an EPJ for the primary health service, the emergency doctor surgery and the coronary test and vaccine centre. The system is to be delivered as a cloud system, with no requirements for locally installed components. There is a strong focus on efficient work processes and quality in the deliveries in the municipality and the EPJ system shall support this. The system shall therefore have close integration between the administrative systems, not to mention the trade systems in the municipality, so that double registrations and unnecessary work processes disappear. The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
