Riigihanke esemeks on elektrienergia ostmine Aktsiaseltsi Tallinna Linnatransport tegevustega seotud tarbimiskohtadesse alates 01.01.2027. Eeldatav vajaminev elektrienergia kogus on ligikaudu 25 000 MWh aastas. Eeldatav vajaminev elektrienergia kogus põhineb varasemal tarbimisel ega ole siduvaks ostetava elektrienergia koguse indikaatoriks. Hankija ostab kogu (100% - sada protsenti) vajamineva elektrienergia taastuvenergiana, mis on elektrituruseaduse § 57 tähenduses toodetud taastuvatest energiaallikatest, vastavalt küsitud elektripaketile, millele lisandub müüja marginaal. Kogu vajaminev elektrienergia ostetakse hankelepingu perioodil Nord Pool kodulehel avaldatud Eesti piirkonna tunnipõhise hinnaga, millele lisandub ostetava elektrienergia müüja marginaal.
