Original language: Polish1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy materiałów jednorazowych i zużywalnych na potrzeby Pracowni Elektrofizjologii. 2. Materiały zużywalne stanowiące przedmiot zamówienia, pod względem opisu i ilości określone zostały w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ – formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia pod względem wymaganych parametrów został wyszczególniony w załączniku nr 2a do SWZ. 4. Szczegółowe uwarunkowania realizacji dostaw, w tym dostęp do budynków Zamawiającego, określa projekt umowy stanowiący załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 5. Wymagany termin realizacji dostaw częściowych: 3 dni robocze od złożenia zamówienia. 6. Minimalny termin ważności asortymentu minimum 12 miesięcy od daty dostawy.
