Purchase of electric midibuses

Main technical parameters of 3 identical, new electric midibuses: Vehicle category: M3/I urban, purely electric powered bus Body type: CE - single-deck, low-floor, no steps between the first two doors. Year of manufacture: minimum 2025. Total length: 8,000 mm – 9,500 mm. Total width: maximum 2,550 mm. Total height: maximum 3,400 mm. Wheelbase: maximum 4,550 mm. Chassis: air suspension on all axles. Nominal energy storage capacity: minimum 200 kWh. Range: minimum 250 km according to SORT-2 standard on freely usable battery capacity. Charging: DC charging with minimum 100 kW power, minimum 1 CCS type 2 combo connector. Drive motor power: minimum 100 kW continuous. Total capacity (without driver): minimum 40 people (standing passengers calculated at 4 people/m²), of which minimum 12 fixed passenger seats and minimum 1 area suitable for transporting a wheelchair or stroller with fastening options. Step height: max. 360 mm with kneeling, no steps allowed at the doors. Temperature control: heat pump air conditioning system down to at least -15 degrees Celsius, ventilation. Auxiliary heating: electric convectors OR – if the Tenderer undertakes / evaluation criterion / – a diesel or biodiesel heater with at least 16kW heating power, equipped with water-circuit radiators. Passenger information: 1 internal display, LED route indicators at the front, sides, and rear, speakers for audible passenger information. Their control installation is not the Tenderer's task. Passenger and vehicle safety: camera system with at least 3 cameras for monitoring the interior, with audio recording at the driver's station, with at least 14 days of storage, reversing camera, traffic monitoring camera. IT equipment: installation of on-board wireless internet access devices, excluding the SIM card, power and data cable preparation for the on-board unit of the real-time traffic management system. Passenger counting: camera-based passenger counting device. Telemetry: collection of operating data with download option. The winning tenderer's task is to commission the vehicles, inform the operators, provide the Hungarian-language operating and maintenance manual and machine book, carry out the licensing procedure, and handle the vehicle registration office administration for commissioning. Upon handover of the vehicles, the Winning Tenderer is obliged to ensure that a maximum of 8 persons designated by the Contracting Authority receive a maximum of 4 hours of comprehensive information on the technical parameters, applicability, operation, maintenance, and safety regulations of the vehicles, and to provide the opportunity to practically test the information provided until the participants in the information session have successfully acquired the information. The duration of the information session is included in the performance period. We draw Tenderers' attention to the fact that, pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30.), any reference in the invitation to tender and documentation to products, processes, activities, persons, patents, or trademarks of a specified make, origin, or type is made solely for the purpose of clearly and comprehensibly defining the subject of the public procurement. The Contracting Authority also accepts equivalent offers, with the Tenderer having to prove the equivalence in case of doubt.
