Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je dodání, implementace a zajištění následné podpory a rozvoje elektronického systému spisové služby (eSSL) včetně potřebného dokument management systému. Součástí plnění je zejména provedení předimplementační analýzy, dodání a konfigurace aplikačního software, implementace, migrace dat, zajištění zkušebního provozu, předání provozní a bezpečnostní dokumentace, zajištění školení uživatelů, poskytování služeb podpory, služeb rozvoje po dobu účinnosti smlouvy na veřejnou zakázku a poskytnutí služeb exitu.
