References to manufacturers, origins, types of goods, procedures, activities, persons, patents or trademarks possibly specified in this call and in the public procurement documents were necessary for a clear and understandable definition of the subject of the public procurement, but the designation was made only to clearly define the nature of the subject, and the Contracting Authority accepts an equivalent item in relation to all individually specified items or trademarks, a solution that replaces the designated product, with the Tenderer having to prove the equivalence in case of doubt. 2) Procurement quantity: 360 pcs of electronic vouchers with a nominal value of HUF 10,000 660 pcs of electronic vouchers with a nominal value of HUF 20,000 360 pcs of electronic vouchers with a nominal value of HUF 50,000 152 pcs of electronic vouchers with a nominal value of HUF 100,000 in total: electronic technical goods purchase vouchers with a nominal value of HUF 50,000,000 3) The nominal value of the voucher means the value loaded onto the electronic voucher. 4) Delivery deadline: Within 10 working days of confirmation of the order. 5) Validity of electronic vouchers (deadline for usability of electronic vouchers): At least 12 months from issuance. The electronic voucher must be usable in all online stores (webshops) and physical stores/department stores selling technical goods operated by the Tenderer. 6.2. The bid price must include all costs of issuing the electronic voucher, and no handling or other costs may be deducted from the nominal value of the voucher. 6.3. At least 5 electronic vouchers must be redeemable together in a single purchase. 6.4. As a condition for concluding the contract, the Contracting Authority requires the provision of a dedicated account manager: The Tenderer must provide a dedicated account manager for the redemption of electronic vouchers, who will assist the voucher redeemer with technical advice during the purchase. The Tenderer must declare the dedicated account manager in its offer. 6.5. The vouchers must be sent electronically and in electronic form (which can be a coupon code, barcode, etc.) to the Contracting Authority's specified email address. 6.6. The electronic voucher must be usable in the online store (webshop) and physical store/department store of the sports equipment retailer designated by the Tenderer, for all products sold there.
