Electronic sports equipment voucher I. 1) When using the electronic sports equipment voucher, the following product range must be available from the Tenderer, among others: • Disc buoy set (at least 50 pieces) • Basketball (rubber, in 3 sizes: 5, 6, 7) • Basketball net • Backboard 120x90 cm fiberglass, outdoor (for school use) • Basketball hoop (for school use) • Handball (in 2 sizes: 2, 3) • Football size 5 • Marker cones (in at least two colors) • Volleyball size 5 • Volleyball net • Gymnastics mat (single layer) • Fitness ball (in at least 4 sizes) • Gymnastics stick 95 cm • Gymnastics hoop (in at least 5 sizes) • Jump rope (in at least 2 lengths) • Dodgeball (hypersoft) • Floorball set (stick, ball) • Agility ladder (in at least 2 sizes) • Foot tennis net • Sports cup (in at least 2 colors) • Floor marker set (in at least 4 types) • Baseball bat and ball (foam) • Ring toss game • Dumbbell set • Parallel bars • Resistance band (various strengths) • Dartboard and accessories • Balance cushion • Indoor ping-pong table • Outdoor ping-pong table Regarding equivalence, the Contracting Authority will act in accordance with Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30). References to specific makes, origins, types of goods, procedures, activities, persons, patents, or trademarks in this call and the procurement documents were made to clearly and comprehensibly define the subject of the procurement, but the designation was only for the purpose of clearly defining the nature of the subject, and the Contracting Authority accepts any item or trademark that is equivalent to the individually specified item, a solution that replaces the designated product, with the Tenderer having to prove equivalence in case of doubt. 2) Procurement quantity: 200 pcs of electronic vouchers with a nominal value of HUF 10,000 400 pcs of electronic vouchers with a nominal value of HUF 20,000 880 pcs of electronic vouchers with a nominal value of HUF 50,000 310 pcs of electronic vouchers with a nominal value of HUF 100,000 200 pcs of electronic vouchers with a nominal value of HUF 200,000 total: electronic sports equipment vouchers with a nominal value of HUF 125,000,000 3) The nominal value of the voucher means the value loaded onto the electronic voucher. 4) Delivery deadline: Within 10 working days of order confirmation. 5) Validity of electronic vouchers (deadline for using the electronic voucher): At least 12 months from issuance. The Contracting Authority states that the validity period is an evaluation sub-criterion. 6) Further requirements: 6.1. Place of acceptance for electronic vouchers: - Online store (webshop), with nationwide delivery. - Physical store/department store – number of these (evaluation criterion) 0-16 stores. By physical store/department store, the Contracting Authority means: a store open to customers where products can be viewed and purchased using the electronic voucher. The electronic voucher must be usable in all online stores (webshops) and physical stores/department stores operated by the Tenderer that sell sports equipment. 6.2. The bid price must include all costs of issuing the electronic voucher; no handling or other fees may be deducted from the nominal value of the voucher. 6.3. At least 5 electronic vouchers must be redeemable together in a single purchase. 6.4. As a condition for concluding the contract, the Contracting Authority requires the provision of a dedicated customer manager: The Tenderer must provide a dedicated customer manager for the redemption of electronic vouchers, who will assist the voucher redeemer with technical and professional advice during the purchase. The Tenderer must declare the dedicated customer manager in its offer. 6.5.
