Electronic sports equipment voucher II. 1) When using the electronic sports equipment voucher, the following product range must be available from the Tenderer, among others: • Wall bars (in 2 sizes, 200 cm and 230 cm high) • Wooden gymnastics bench (in 2 sizes: 2 m and 4 m long) • Pull-up bar attachable to wall bars • Padded vaulting box • PVC-covered gymnastics mat (in at least 2 sizes) • Throwing ball (leather) • Portable multisport electric scoreboard • Basketball net made of galvanized chain • Handball goal 3x2 m (for school use) • Single-sided changing room bench • Double-sided changing room bench • Changing room locker • Swing set (with playground conformity certificate) • Floorball goal with net • Foam javelin • Gymnastics mushroom • Rowing ergometer • Treadmill • Elliptical trainer • Exercise bike • Trampoline • Pull-up training stand • Medicine ball • Adjustable, tilting training bench With regard to equivalence, the Contracting Authority shall act in accordance with § 46 (3) of Government Decree No. 321/2015 (X.30). Any reference to a manufacturer, origin, type of item, procedure, activity, person, patent or trademark specified in this call and in the procurement documents was made necessary by the clear and understandable definition of the subject of the procurement, but the designation was made solely for the purpose of clearly defining the nature of the subject, and the Contracting Authority accepts any individually specified item or trademark along with an equivalent item, a substitute for the designated product, with the proviso that the Tenderer must prove equivalence in case of doubt. 2) Procurement quantity: 160 pcs of electronic vouchers with a nominal value of HUF 50,000 80 pcs of electronic vouchers with a nominal value of HUF 100,000 70 pcs of electronic vouchers with a nominal value of HUF 200,000 in total: electronic sports equipment vouchers with a nominal value of HUF 30,000,000 3) The nominal value of the voucher means the value loaded onto the electronic voucher. 4) Delivery deadline: Within 10 working days of confirmation of the order. 5) Validity of electronic vouchers (deadline for using the electronic voucher): At least 12 months from issuance. The Contracting Authority states that the validity period is an evaluation sub-criterion. 6) Further requirements: 6.1. Acceptance points for the electronic voucher: - Online store (webshop), with nationwide delivery. - Physical store/department store – their number (evaluation criterion) 0-16 stores. By physical store/department store, the Contracting Authority means: a store open to customers where products can be viewed and purchased by redeeming the electronic voucher. The electronic voucher must be usable in all online stores (webshops) and physical stores/department stores operated by the Tenderer that sell sports equipment. 6.2. The bid price must include all costs of issuing the electronic voucher; no handling or other costs may be deducted from the nominal value of the voucher. 6.3. At least 5 electronic vouchers must be redeemable together in a single purchase. 6.4. As a condition for concluding the contract, the Contracting Authority requires the provision of a dedicated account manager: The Tenderer must provide a dedicated account manager for the redemption of electronic vouchers, who will assist the voucher redeemer with technical and professional advice during the purchase. The Tenderer must declare the dedicated account manager in its offer. 6.5. The vouchers must be sent electronically and in electronic form (which may be a coupon code, barcode, etc.) to the Contracting Authority's specified email address. 6.6. The electronic voucher must be usable in the online store (webshop) and physical store/department store of the sports equipment retailer designated by the Tenderer, for all products sold there.
