Original language: ltKauno miesto savivaldybės administracija (toliau – Užsakovas), įgyvendindama Kauno miesto savivaldybės tarybos 2022 m. gegužės 24 d. sprendimu Nr. T-254 „Dėl teisės atlikti centrinės perkančiosios organizacijos funkcijas suteikimo Kauno miesto savivaldybės administracijai“ jai suteiktas teises atlikti Centrinės perkančiosios organizacijos funkcijas, vykdydama viešąjį pirkimą, numato sudaryti preliminariąją elektros pirkimo sutartį (toliau – Preliminarioji sutartis), kurios pagrindu Kauno miesto savivaldybės kontroliuojamos įmonės, viešosios įstaigos, biudžetinės įstaigos (kurių savininkė ar dalininkė yra Kauno miesto savivaldybė) (toliau – vartotojai) sudarys pagrindines sutartis dėl aktyviosios elektros energijos (toliau – prekė) pirkimo. Numatoma sudaryti Preliminariąją sutartį su 3 (arba mažiau nei su 3 (trimis), jeigu Konkursą laimėjusiais tiekėjais pripažįstami mažiau nei 3) tiekėjais Pirkimo dokumentuose nustatytais reikalavimais priimtinus pasiūlymus pateikusiais Konkursą laimėjusiais tiekėjais. Jos bus vykdomos taikant iš dalies atnaujintą tiekėjų varžymąsi.
