Geprüft werden sollen alle vorhandenen ortsveränderlichen Betriebsmittel (geschätzt 41.878 Geräte) in den z.Zt. 75 Einrichtungen des Landkreises Cuxhaven in einem einjährigen Turnus über eine Vertragslaufzeit von fünf Jahren.
