The specified quantities are for information purposes only, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to change them due to unpredictable needs. Informative procurement quantity: 22,326 liters, 3,031 kg, 4,716 boxes, 14,346 pieces. The total amount of the public procurement contract is net HUF 16,861,936, of which the Contracting Authority undertakes to call off at least 70%. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to issue orders until the total framework amount is exhausted. The contract is valid for a fixed period of 12 months from the date of signing by both parties, with the contract terminating before the expiry of this period if the framework amount is exhausted. 1) The products to be procured are listed in the Unpriced Product Table provided as an annex to the KD, and the Technical Specification contains further requirements. 2) As part of its offer, the Tenderer must submit a declaration stating that - the products offered by it comply with the food safety and food quality regulations stipulated in the Hungarian Food Codex, - the products offered by it comply with the requirements stipulated in the Unpriced Product Table (product table), - the deliveries are made using a transport vehicle that meets the requirements of CHAPTER IV of ANNEX II of REGULATION (EC) No 852/2004 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs. The Tenderer shall attach an excerpt from the manufacturing data sheet for the products indicated in the "Manufacturing Data Sheet" column of the Unpriced Product Table, containing the information required by Decree 82/2012 (VIII.2.) VM on manufacturing data sheets. The Contracting Authority accepts as a "manufacturing data sheet" any product description or specification that clearly defines the minimum requirements set by the Contracting Authority for each product. In addition to the name used for placing the food on the market, the manufacturing data sheet must include: • identification data of the food producer, • data related to the production of the food, • food safety and quality characteristics of the product, • the date of preparation (and modification) of the manufacturing data sheet, • the name and signature or equivalent electronic approval of the person responsible for preparing the manufacturing data sheet and the person professionally responsible for food production in the food business, • the name of all ingredients used to produce a unit quantity of food, in decreasing order of their mass at production, • in case of using genetically modified organisms or products derived from them as ingredients, the name of the genetically modified organism and the name of the ingredient containing it, • a list of operations and their parameters that determine the shelf life and safety of the food, as well as the use of authorized packaging gases. 3) The requirements for the packaging of individual products belonging to a given lot are included in the Unpriced Product Table, which is an annex to the KD. The requirements regarding delivery frequency and location are included in the Technical Specification, which is part of the KD. 4) The Tenderer is obliged to supply only products that are ready for immediate use and are considered "fresh" and in perfect condition (Class I) in the general everyday sense, for all product groups. If a given product is considered to have a shelf life (can be stored), it must have at least 50% of the time interval between the date of manufacture and the expiry date (use-by date or best-before date) indicated on the packaging (or product label) at the time of delivery. 5) The contract is concluded for a fixed period of 12 months from its entry into force, with the contract terminating before the expiry of the aforementioned period if the framework amount is exhausted.
