Removal and disposal of abandoned waste II

Within the framework agreement according to Section 105 (1) a) of the Public Procurement Act, the winning bidder's task is to collect, cut to transportable size if necessary, transport, and dispose of various types of waste with identification codes illegally placed on properties located in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county, as indicated in the order documentation of the Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Government Office, for the purpose of disposal, and to document the transported waste in accordance with the relevant sections of Act CLXXXV of 2012 on waste and its implementing decrees. The contractor's task includes the on-site collection of waste, its sorting if necessary, loading by manual or mechanical means, disposal or transfer for disposal, and weighing of the waste. The waste can be cut to transportable size and compacted using equipment provided by the Contractor. Individual sites and quantities cannot be determined in advance; individual orders may be placed in multiple installments, at different locations, simultaneously. Classification of waste to be collected, transported, and disposed of by identification code: Identification code Waste name 17 01 01 concrete 17 01 02 bricks 17 01 03 tiles and ceramics 17 01 06* concrete, brick, tile, and ceramic fractions or their mixtures containing hazardous substances 17 01 07 concrete, brick, tile, and ceramic fractions or their mixtures, different from 17 01 06 17 06 05* building material containing asbestos 17 09 03* other construction and demolition waste containing hazardous substances (including mixed waste) 17 09 04 mixed construction and demolition waste, different from 17 09 01, 17 09 02, 17 09 03 The maximum quantity (tonnes/year) calculated for the most frequently occurring waste type among the above-mentioned waste types: For construction and demolition waste (17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 09 04), the maximum is 10,000 tonnes/year. The requester issues orders for the estimated waste quantity determined by technical assessment without expert involvement in accordance with official obligations, per cadastral number. However, the order must be fulfilled for the total quantity of waste left at the given cadastral number, regardless of whether it differs from the estimated quantity mentioned above. If, during the work, the Contractor determines that there is significantly more or less waste at the site than indicated in the order, they shall notify the Requester immediately. Official obligations and the quantities appearing in them or to be fulfilled by them represent the call-off obligation for the framework agreement. In cases where the waste is located at a site from which its collection (including loading) and subsequent transport is not technically feasible in one step due to the site's conditions, accessibility, the nature of the waste, and the size of the necessary transport/loading vehicles, or if transport to the recipient is not economical, thus requiring the waste to be re-deposited at another temporary site, and then re-loaded from there onto transport vehicles used for transport to the final treatment facility, meaning the fulfillment requires two collection steps (including loading), the collection fee (including loading costs) will be considered and accounted for twice.
