Description
Ellevio plans to introduce a new Ellevio Business Operations & Automation Platform to replace its existing workflow and case management system.
The purpose of this new solution is to orchestrate and automate a wide range of business processes, covering both internal processes as well as processes with end-customer interaction. The procurement will consist of both a software solution and an implementation project with options for more functionality within the solution and options for additional Ellevio specific implementations, as well as related support and maintenance services. Ellevio is therefore seeking a well-established, capable and experienced Supplier (or Suppliers) to provide this.
