Si, una vez culminado el proceso de evaluación de ofertas hubiese dos o más oferentes que hayan obtenido el mismo puntaje final, se resolverá el empate y ordenará el ranking prefiriéndose la oferta que haya obtenido el mayor puntaje entre los criterios que se señalan, bajo el orden de precedencia que sigue:
Plazo de entrega del flete en el lugar de destino.
De mantenerse el empate se preferirá la oferta que haya sido ingresada primero, según comprobante de ingreso de oferta emitido por el Sistema de la plataforma del mercado públicowww.mercadopublico.cl
