Le montant maximum sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre est 380 000 euro(s) HT. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. La date prévisionnelle de début des prestations est octobre 2026. L'accord-cadre est conclu de sa notification jusqu'au 31/12/2032. Dans le cadre de l'appel à manifestation d'intérêt lancée par l'Agence de l'Eau Rhône Méditerranée Corse en 2025 visant à renouveler l'expérimentation des paiements pour services environnementaux (PSE n°2), la CAPI a candidaté et a été présélectionnée pour mettre en place le dispositif sur son territoire. Dans le cadre de cette phase d'émergence et de présélection, un dossier PSE est à construire avec notamment la réalisation d'un diagnostic agricole territorial. Plusieurs étapes de concertation avec les acteurs du territoire seront également nécessaires pour élaborer un dossier cohérent et adapté au besoin du territoire. La sélection finale des dossiers PSE aura lieu en mai 2027. Si la CAPI est retenue, la mise en oeuvre du PSE sera effective jusqu'au 31 décembre 2032. Pour cette phase de déploiement, une assistance technique sera nécessaire pour notamment réaliser des rencontres individuelles avec les exploitants pour assurer le suivi annuel des exploitations et des temps collectifs pour faciliter les échanges et l'interconnaissance.
