Agency: WHO | Reference: EM/ACO/PAK/P/0009186 | Type: Invitation to bid The World Health Organization (WHO), Country Office Pakistan, hereby invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit competitive bids for the supply of pharmaceutical items for Nutrition Stabilization Centers (NSCs) in Pakistan. Bidders are invited to submit offers for pharmaceutical items as detailed in Section 5: Schedule of Requirements of the ITB. Participation is open to all legally constituted entities with the capacity to enter into a binding contract with WHO. All prospective bidders must be registered on the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) and shall comply with the UN Supplier Code of Conduct. Interested bidders shall submit the following as part of their bid package: • Form A: Letter of Intent • Form B: Self-Declaration Form • Form C: Bidder Information Form • Form D: Technical Bid Form • Form E: Price Schedule Form • Form F: Confidentiality Undertaking • Form G: Manufacturer's Authorization Deadline for Clarification Requests 9 June 2026 Bid Submission Deadline 15 June 2026, 13:00 AM (Islamabad) Bid Validity Period 90 days from closing date Bids shall be submitted exclusively via the UNGM e-tendering portal. Submissions by any other means will not be accepted. Prices are to be quoted preferably in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Clarification requests must be submitted through the UNGM "Correspondence" tab.
