Reception Services

The Institute for Quality and Efficiency in Health Care (IQWiG) is seeking to procure continuous reception services, commencing October 2024, at its new address: Siegburger Str. 237, 50679 Cologne. The contract with the current service provider expires on December 31, 2024. IQWiG intends to re-award these reception services to a provider offering a high-quality service standard and ensuring appropriate working conditions for its staff. The core responsibilities for the reception staff include managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls, including in English; welcoming and attending to guests, including international visitors, tradespeople, and delivery personnel; operating Microsoft Office applications; managing and supporting meeting room bookings; and performing gatekeeper duties, specifically the acceptance and dispatch of packages. Detailed service obligations are further elaborated in the "Leistungsbeschreibung" (Service Description) document, referenced as 3_Leistungsbeschreibung. The service hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
