Description

Background The PTA requires the services of an organisation with experienced and qualified personnel to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This program provides professional counselling and associated services to PTA employees and their families. Scope of Requirement and Specification The provision of the services includes but not limited to: a) General Employee Assistance Services; and b) Other Employee Assistance Services (such as but not limited to manager assistance, training, counselling for relationships and family issues, domestic violence, communication/interpersonal issues, work related problems and information sessions)
