Original language: GermanDer Auftragnehmer stellt die erforderlichen Filter bereit, führt turnusmäßige Filterwechsel an den definierten Entnahmestellen durch und übernimmt die ordnungsgemäße Dokumen-tation der durchgeführten Leistungen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung hat eine feste Laufzeit von 24 Monaten sowie die einseitige Opti-on des Auftraggebers, den Vertrag zweimal um jeweils 12 Monate zu verlängern. Wird die Rahmenvereinbarung nicht explizit durch den Auftraggeber verlängert, endet diese zum jeweiligen aktuellen Vertragsende automatisch, ohne, dass es einer Kündigung bedarf. Derzeit werden am UKM sowie am ebenfalls zu versorgenden MHS ca. 600 Anschlussstellen mit endständigen Sterilfiltern betrieben. Die Verteilung der verschiedenen Filtertypen auf diese Anschlussstellen kann Anlage 02 (Preisblatt) entnommen werden. Es handelt sich da-bei jedoch um eine Momentaufnahme, die ausschließlich zu Kalkulationszwecken dient. Das UKM verpflichtet sich ausdrücklich nicht, eine bestimmte Mindestanzahl an Filtern ab-zunehmen oder eine bestimmte Anzahl an Anschlussstellen dauerhaft zu betreiben. Das UKM weist insofern darauf hin, dass über die Vertragslaufzeit Anschlussstellen hinzukommen und/oder wegfallen können.
