Alva-yhtiöt vuokraavat nykyiseltä Forest Villman Oy: ltä noin 1,5 ha:n määräalaa (terminaalia) Kaijankallion alueella. Vuokrasopimukseen sisältyy mm. talvi- ja kesäkunnossapidon sekä tiestön paikkamurskeet. Vuokrasopimus on lisäksi yhteydessä em. energiapuun kuljetusurakointipalveluun, jota Forest Villman Oy toimittaa Alva-yhtiöille kyseiseltä terminaalilta. Kyseistä palvelua koskeva sopimus uusitaan.,
