This Pre-Qualification Request (“PQR”) is to pre-qualify Consultants to provide specialized analytic and consulting services including subscriptions as described in this PQR for the Market Intelligence Branch of the Alberta Department of Energy and Minerals. Other branches or divisions with the Alberta Department of Energy and Minerals or the Government of Alberta may request Services under this PQR. Proponents are invited to submit Proposals to pre-qualify for the provision of the Services as described in this PQR. Pre-qualified Consultants are not guaranteed any volume of work subsequent to this PQR as all potential work will be issued as is required. Please see attached documents for more details.
